Jeanette Todd, Partner, runs the office management on a day to day basis with the help of administrator Sarah Stephen. There is a healthy demand for rented properties in Edinburgh and the Borders. Good rents can be secured for properties in good condition and in the right location. Elaine has a good flair for the Buy to Let market and is available to give advice and guidance if required., on location, condition etc. We aim to manage all properties to a consistently high standard. Periodic property visits are made and landlords are given detailed feedback.
